CubeChallenge3D Account and Data Deletion Request

CubeChallenge3D supports optional Google Play Games sign-in and in-game nickname/avatar profiles. Users can play the game without Google Play Games sign-in by creating an in-game nickname and avatar.

How to request account or data deletion

To request deletion of your app account or associated data, please contact us by email.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your in-game nickname
• Your Google Play Games player ID, if available
• A short request such as: “Please delete my CubeChallenge3D account/data.”

Data that may be deleted

Depending on your app usage, the following data may be deleted:

• In-game nickname
• Avatar/profile data
• Ranking or leaderboard records
• Gameplay progress stored on our server, if any

Processing period

We will process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.

Data retention

Some data may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation logs. Such data will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
